She (the caller from the marketing company) said that I would receive $200 for the 20min phone interview, then if selected $100 for a second phone interview or $200 if selected for an in-home interview---this was a 1-in-6 chance. She said that their "client" who would be reveiled during the surveys would not be trying to sell me anything, but to try out their online banking tools and then comment on them.

What I thought was strange was she didn't identify what market research company she was with, how she got my number, and what company/client they were gathering information for. [she did say that it would be "reveiled" during the interviews]

I decided to pass on this, but is this legit? She call me from (503) 281-5015.

This does not sound legit to Me. A good rule of thumb is, NEVER give out ANY financial info, such as Your bank acct, # , or social security # over the phone.
