well there is a little elf that lives in the nooks and crannys of your esophogus. he came out when you very first drank breastmilk. he lives in there all the time and when he sees something interesting he immediately darts up and crawls to the top of your neck, grabs ahold of the sides with both arms, and turns every which way!!
