It seems that the soap didn't rinse completely out of the garment.. Or fabric softner "stained" them.. I would rewash them but, turn them inside out and don't put so many items in the wash this time.. Also, try to wash all darks together inside out and on gentle cycle with a gentle detergent made for dark clothing like woolite or cheer for darks.. Also, try hanging your dark shirts/pants instead of drying them in the dryer.. That will surely fade them...

Sounds like your trousers didn't rinse properly, most likely you overfilled your washing machine so the contents couldn't move in the water despite the machine action. Always leave the contents loose enough to be able to fit your clenched fist in, you wouldn't expect your clothes to be clean if you'd just crammed them in a bucket, filled it with water and emptied it again!
I don't think you'll be able to rescue this pair of trousers, except by dyeing them, because the brightening agents have got stuck in the fabric folds. Better luck next time.

It could be Lime Deposits in the Water, you could be in a Hard water Area. You could get A Product called Colour Catcher it is supposed to keep your Colours Pure. There is Detergent ,or Washing Powder Especially for Black Clothes that you buy in Supermarket to help keep your Black Clothes Black I dont Know what it is called exactly . I never had any Problems myself with Black Clothing so I never bothered with buyig these Products. Good Luck.

this pair of trousers are maybe beyond help. in future, try using less soap powder/detergent. the soap sometimes gets stuck in the creases in the washer and doesn't rinse out.
