The Penguins. A nice caroon penguin logo, just one pengy will do. A fun attitude can bridge the gap for when creative people are not so creative. We work 'til we drop when we're having fun. "Let all your affairs take place with love." A cartoon penguin is much more lovable. Hey, you're the creative one. Shame. lol Obvioulsy you're not enjoying your work as when you are that's when the creativity comes out. Not using judgmental words sure helps also. Esprit de corps, you know. A good attitude and loving your work, loving to work, can take you to the top. Just don't over do it. "Yes, dad."
