Its cuz Yahoo Admins aren't doing a good job of keeping up. they are banning all kinds of people for minor offenses and the really bad people seem to slip through the cracks....

You know, a lot of the questions I saw today were really bad. They definitely don't belong on this site where the age limit starts at 13. Some of the people asking and answering are the same ones who complain about how bad this site is getting.
Avatar games? You wouldn't want to have fun without offending someone, would you?
