I have no idea what these here newfangled SAT scores mean, but I can tell you they have no impact on your medical school applications.
The poster who stated that you need a degree in chemistry or science is incorrect. You can get your undergraduate degree in anything you want, provided you cover the pre-requisites for medical school: One year of English, one year each of biology, chemistry, organic chemistry and physics with their requisite labs, and (usually) one year of math, preferably calculus.
You need to do well in all of these courses to make your application competitive, but there is no absolute (getting a B does not, no matter what your classmates try and tell you, prevent you from going to med school). You will also need to take the MCAT.
If you put in the work in college, your relatively average performance in high school will never be held against you. Volunteering or joining school organizations that show medical interests is also a good idea.
The main thing to remember is that medical schools are trying to find the candidates who have shown not only that they have the aptitude, but that they have the drive to make it through med school. Keep that in mind. And start posting in real English! ;-) It will get you in the habit for all those personal statements you're going to have to write.
Good luck!

Well first you'll need a BS in a biological or chemical field that covers all the prerequisites for med school. You'll have to do incredibly well in all of your classes, and then do really well on the MCAT as well. They aren't going to look at your high school GPA or SAT score at all. Study hard in college, it could still happen!

Well, that might be a little bit of an exaggeration, but medical schools are very competitive. The good news is that no medical school will look at your high school average, so if you manage to improve your performance in college, you could potentially get into medical school.

Your high school GPA has no effect on your med school admissions.
SAT's are for admission to your undergraduate university.
You need a high GPA in college as well as a great MCAT score. Plus you need extra curricular activities as well.
