Go on a healthy diet :)

ok im 5'3 and i weigh 114 pounds..my doctor says im exactly where i am supposed to be :).
plus when you grow taller... the fat is going to streatch out..

Plus dont eat any potatos.. bread.. white vegtables or any junk food. or sourscream or anything with carbs... no soda only juice!!. and drink grapefruit juice.. Plus jog for about 1 or 2 hours a day and do some crunches ... but don't over do it!! Also make sure you get 10 hours of sleep each day :)

and have 4 meals a day and have some healthy snacks in between..

Thats a balanced and healthy diet..

My aunt and uncle went on it and lost a lot :)

Hope i've helped!! :))

Best things for you to stop eating the fatty foods or junk foods. Or you can do lot of excerise as you needed. It's take time to reduce your tummy.

Exercise such as walking can be helpful. Also, when sitting down like at your computer you can try pulling the muscles in. This can help as well. I would also recommend getting in touch with your doctor to see what other suggestions they have that can be helpful to you.

its your genetics, you store fat in your belly, some people store fat in their butt or boobs but i guess for you its your stomach. there nothing you can do about your genetics no matter how many crunches you do sorry
