For all intents and purposes to any amateur astronomer, they are different names for the same thing.

A Newtonian (note correct spelling) telescope is a kind of
reflector telescope. Reflector telescopes use mirrors to
reflect light out to an eyepiece lens for viewing. A Newtonian
reflector has the eyepiece on the side of the tube so your
head won't block the incoming light. It is named for Isaac
Newton, who designed it nearly 400 years ago.
Generally a Newtonian reflector is a good general purpose
telescope for amateur use at a reasonable price.

Telescopes that use a lens to focus the image are called refractors (because the glass focuses the light by refracting it).

Telescopes that use a specially shaped mirror to focus the image are called reflectors. There are many types. The simplest type of reflector is the Newtonian, where a mirror with a parabolic shape is placed at the bottom of a tube. The incoming light strikes it and is focused near an eyepiece. You look through an eyepiece to inspect the image. A small, diagonal flat mirror is placed near the eyepiece so that you can observe from the side (so that your head is not in the say of the incoming light.

Called that way because Isaac Newton designed it (and constructed the first one).

There are telescopes that use both a mirror and a refracting lens.

The Newtonian reflector is a type of reflector telescope.

For lots of information, with pictures and diagrams, try an internet search on "reflector telescope."

Reflector uses Mirrors that's why you look through a lens in the side of the telescope, and Newtronian or Refracting uses Lenses and you watch the telescope from behind it.

Reflector and Newtonian are the same you idoit. Unless you saying about Refractors and Newtonian Reflectors....
