There is no direct feminine form of "Richard". The name comes from Old Germanic and translates into something like "Powerful Ruler"

Ricki (English version of German Reke, which is short for Friederike, meaning Peaceful Ruler) comes close.

I have never seen the name but Richardel or Richardelle or Richardella would be most correct in terms of meaning.
