i have unistalled it and tried to remove it with add/remove programs but it just comes back

This FREE program from Microsoft should get rid of it. It is simple to download and install and it is completely FREE.

This can be difficult to remove. Right Click on My Computer > Properties > System Restore. Now turn off System Restore. Run your anti spyware software - delete problem. Reboot run anti spyware again. Switch on System Restore - reboot.

u have spyware an advertising program

to get rid of it download windows defender from microsoft

or spybot search and destroy

restart in safe mode click on start then run then type regedit then go to local computer and see if you can find the problem there.

Purge (empty) your C:\Windows\Prefetch folder.
Reboot.
