The timing idlers went out on my 94 SHO so I replaced them with new ones, I also replaced the water pump, spark plugs and wires,ignition control module,ignition coil pack,crankshaft position sensor, but to no avail the car won't start just turning over.Somebody told me something about a fuse way up under the dashboard that would cause this problem but I don't know nothig about this personally.

NEVER replace any part till you know the problem. What are timing idlers ? It takes SPARK, FUEL and COMPRESSION for an engine to run. You must be lacking one or more of these. There aren't any fuses in the ignition system. Sounds like you got a fuel problem you rebuilt the ignition system to no avail.
