I saw this beyond B movies years ago called "Lunchmeat". I'm a horror movie junkie. It was all about cannibals too...very cheesy and vivid. I actually threw up...great movie.

I've never had that happen, but my wife has a huge problem with shocking tragedy in movies, like Hannibal (she came close to vomiting and ran out of the theatre at the part when the detective was disembowled), the new version of Dawn of The Dead (she was afraid to be alone or too close to me for a week), and all of the Final Destination movies.
Dawn of the Dead was the worst for her.

Yeah, Hannibal. The part where the guy was cuttin' his face with a piece of glass. I turned it off and never finished it. I don't know what it was about that seen, but I think it actually messed me up in the head. I'm actually a little mentally unstable for having seen it.
