Any thoughts on what OBL will address to the people of America?

It looks like somebody took an old picture of OBL and put his head on someone else's body. I believe the man has been dead for years.
Someone is betting on the stock market crashing by September 21 with put options on the S&P. They stand to lose 700 million if it doesn't crash and stand to make 2 billion if it does.

A video is not another 9/11 attack. I am curious as to how he is going to talk about 9/11. We haven't heard it yet. It doesn't seem that the Bush administration is interested in OBL and those who attacked us. He has his eyes on the prize of the oil in Iraq. OBL helped get there.

and that story from the other day about the HUGE stock futures that were sold based on a huge drop in the stock market in Sept.
something is fishy here... if you ask me...
