The only one I watched that had sub-titles was Passion of the Christ. I would rather watch a movie than read and watch at the same time.

No,I love them,except you have to see the film again to appreciate the acting and direction because the first time you missed a lot of nuances reading titles.

No, in fact I sometimes get so caught up in reading subtitles that I'm actually not paying attention to what's going on in terms of action on screen.

No, I prefer subtitles to dubbed english. I can't stand it when what they're saying doesn't match their mouths. Subtitles make the film much more authentic. I also hate it when films take place in places like ancient Greece or Spain, and everyone talks w/ British accents. WTF?

no, but the only ones i've seen that i can remember are crouching tiger hidden dragon(which sucked) and letters from iwo jima(which is one of the best movies ever).
