18 unless the account is owned by a minor and an adult that way the adult takes responsibility of the account and the minor can have a debit card.

I don't know what the minimum age is, but you don't have to be 18 in the U.S. to get one. My boyfriend has one and he has had it for a while and he just turned 18.

My sister and I have debit cards, but they are in my mother's name.

u gotta be 18 in the uk

but also they may ask u how much u are earning.

if its not enough to justify a full visa debit card then they will just advise a cardcash one...
