The phone cord sounds good. . .or an extra extension cord would work too. Be sure to take a toilet plunger and beat him or her about the head and shoulders too. (Substituting a dirty, wet toilet brush if no plunger is available is acceptable.)

I would go with the phone cord, you might break a nail if you use bare hands

I would play it safe and go with the phone cord. It won't leave prints and it can also double as a whipping device.

phone cord wont show your fingerprints on her neck, and there will be many other peoples prints, so, i'll go with that.
