There are several things that can be wrong with your unit. Do you have means to a multi meter/ volt meter? If so you can check to see if you have 24 volts at the furnace control board ( terminals R, & C ) this will let you know if your t-stat is getting any power. If there is no power you will then need to check the transformer for voltage, one side will be 120 volts or 230 v and the other side most likely blue and yellow wires will be 24 volts. If you need more help you can go to www.phoenixairsupply.com and get ahold of there technician and they should be able to walk you through the process in finding your problem.

If the furnace fan doesn't come on I'd start withe the furnace, if the furnace fan runs but the outdoor fan doesn't it may be a capacitor, That is the most common repair I've had this season.

There is an internal low voltage fuse that may have failed. There is also a door switch on the blower door that may not be making contact, either because the door is not properly installed or because it (switch) has failed. The transformer may have failed, or the thermostat may not be making a proper connection.
