Yeah they will. Covering the spread is a different story though. The titans will keep it close.

Yes. Jags will win. They have to strong of a defense and Titans don't have a proven runner. LenDale is always overweight, so he'll be winded by the 4th quater and Chris Brown is a rookie, and the Jags have a strong front 4. They can get to the QB without additional blitzers.
Plus the titans have no good receivers. Vince Young can save the game if its close in the 4th quater by making plays with his feet, but I think the Jags RB's will dominate and chew up the clock.
Hopefully this year a jag WR will emerge as a reliable target all season long!

Jags win easily. Titans not enough O against a good Jags D. Jags O is so-so but Titans D is really bad.

they should have no problem with the Titans, unless they let Vince Young run all over them
