I like Dracula's humor, but Fred Fredbuger is soooooooo much more annoying.

I think Dracula's funnier, mainly because he's not as flat-out stupid. Characters like Fred are only funny if they're in the background and have more important characters to annoy. You don't get that feeling from Dracula.
