No, you cannot sell on ebay if you are a Creative Memories Consultant. It is stated in the consultant guide that you can't sell on the auction sites. CM is very careful to make sure customers get personalized service from their consultants. Plus it is part of belonging to the Direct Sellers Association.

I do find it interesting that people are willing to pay more than retail for items on eBay...

HaHa, actually, I made this mistake myself...opps :( Heres what happened:

I sell things regularly on eBay, my friend was trying to raise money to go on a trip, so my mom donated some of her Creative memories items, and since my friend doesn't really do eBay, I listed them under my name, and gave her the money. Long story short, Creative Memories found it, looked up my adress, found that my adress was the same as my mom's, and sent her a letter warning her they would ask her to leave if she did it again.

FYI: you are also not allowed to sell ANY TYPE OF SCRAPBOOKING WHATSOEVER if you are a CM consultant. I was selling Scapbooking Mystery envelopes, and CM found out, and sent my Mom, a final notice. My mom contacted them and told them it was me, not her, and they said it doesn't matter b/c we have the same adress, so my Mom quit CM.

Most of the CM items on eBay are because:

a.) They used to be a CM consultant, and quit, so they are getting rid of all thier inventory

b.) It was a gift

c.) They are using a different name + adress than the one listed as their CM consultant ones.

Hope this helps :)

No. It is absolutely against their policy. I have a good friend that sold CM. She told me this. One of her "downlines" sold on eBay. CM found out about it and she was reprimanded...almost asked to elave the company. (She denied it and they couldn't prove it was her acct on eBay.) BUT...many DO sell on eBAY...and are not reported. I mean...you see all of the items that are ONLY offered as incentives by CM consultants ONLY, on eBay all the time.

Don't think so. I'm pretty certain you can't sell services on ebay.
