I've never reported a non-violation. But I do know that Yahoo will remove questions, answers and suspend accounts, without checking out the reasons given nor verifying them.

Those who do that should feel guilty, but apparently they don't.

The only time I report people is if they are nasty or vulgar. I love when people disagree with me; healthy debate is wonderful. When they can't be bothered to be polite, though, they deserve to be reported. I never attack people when answering their questions, and I expect the same courtesy in return.

I only report people for statements advocating the wanton destruction of particular races or groups of people. I don't think this is a murder advocation site.

I don't report non-violations. I hardly report violations as it is.

Well, if you report someone and they are banned, it pretty much confirms that they were violating the terms of service.

I don't see why anyone would feel guilty for that.
