Not under a modern western Society,though it has been Legal,and not related to "bad Morality",in the past of this one and many other Cultures.
Seldom happens,attraction among siblings that grew together,and much seldom to take it further.Marriages used to be arranged by elders with outsiders,or neighbors and/or related families for the sake of profit,so it used to be not taken seriously or further,it could not last.
Families' benefits were first,so slowly became a dead end street for Social standing to allow so,and an enforced Taboo.
Feel Lucky if you have the Love,and forget about "The Social contract" called Marriage.
