Turn off water supply to foist. Take off nob, should have a Philips screw. Under that will be a nut(7/8 or 1/2 in. I think) take it off and you will be able to pull out the valve stem. You will either need to replace the gaskets or the unit it's self.Put it back the same way it came apart. Good luck.

It may just be a worn washer, turn off the supply, remove the handle and the bonnet and check the washer.

Replace the washer, and if that is not an option, you will need to replace the sillcock (that is what it is called) by removing the old one with a new one.

For the short term, can you get a hose on it, and then put a nozzle on the hose?
