Can I do it without any extra licencing procedures? What are the formalities required to distribute them by courier ( UPS / FEDEX) service?

You're getting into a dangerous area.
This is governed by the Fed Govt, ((ATF) Alcohol, Tobacco, Firerarms. and there are a LOT of permits you will need.

Not a good idea, many states will NOT allow purchasing alchole beverage online. And shipping is another issue, because it require special caution to ship things like this - especially it is flamable.
