The biggest moral issue is always the "says who?" issue.

That refers to the moral authority that gives an obligation to our moral actions. For example, if I feel sympathy and I act upon that feeling, then that feeling is my moral authority. Feelings are not much of an authority and have no ability to obligate me to action.

Only God has the power to obligate us to act. Without God, every moral thing we do is optional.
