No.
It is an assault, not sex. If a woman doesn't want to engage with me on such an intimate level then I am not going to take it from her. It is more than just consideration for her, although that is a large part of it. But just as much as for the woman the decision "not to rape" is for me.
She may have to live with the raping, but I would have to live with the knowledge of being the one who did it!
It does not sit well with my spirit to do such a thing.

Sorry: I am not a right gender you've requested answers from... However, I am a rape survivor. Rapists are not normal men, they are mentally and emotionally disturbed individuals. Most of them can not have regular sexual relationships with women. They hate women, and raping them is the most powerful way of destroying them on emotional level... Rape has very little to do with sex, it is a power trip for a mental patient. So the answer to your question is no. For a healthy male intercourse is a positive experience for him and his partner.

Men who rape have psychological issues that cause them to do so. These issues also cause them not to care too much about the consequence and/or think they are not able to get caught.
You could pose the same question for murder and any person. Most people would not emotionally and psychologically be able to do such a horrid thing.
Rape is no different.

To rape a woman is already a trouble, not a choice.
Or you think every man feels tempted to do some hurt?
...because is not "pleasurable sex" for the man neither,he needs to be sick to mix both.
Edit_Ms.Sophisticate is right,I can't even imagine myself having even a "kiss" with a woman screaming and doing else that "isn't right".
In fact,on casual encounters I had if she is not "on" for it,I lose interest in her.
But that may be just me,in the other hand.

No. Wasn't this one of the things that made Alexander a popular ruler? He didn't allow for the pillage of towns that willfully submitted.
In any case, I don't desire absolute control over a woman (or anyone, for that matter) to have the rape potential in my heart.
Violence is not the answer.

No, because rape isn't about getting (or not) into trouble...
Forcing someone by whatever means into something they do not want to engage in (not just sex, but anything) is simply wrong.

You seem to be confusing RAPE with SEX. It's not about SEX, it's about CONTROL and POWER over the rape victim.
I prefer my love making to be 2 way...or 3 way...he he.

No, I think sex is something that a woman should enjoy. Therefore, I would never rape a woman or have sex with a drunk female or any stupid shyte thing like that!

I would have fun, casual sex, free from worry of her projecting her next morning's feelings of guilt onto me in the form of a rape accusation.

What is rape?: sex without consent,
that's the 'problem'
how easy is it for a women to go out have sex with someone and shout rape after wards.
how often will that happen,
or do we all think it's the men's fault...
if the man is the rapist.
but to answer your question, if a man could not get in trouble for rape, it wouldn't be rape, but it would be just rough sex.
