My brain hurts...

Tough question, really. I'm racking my brain as to what is the ONLY possible answer to your but could not find a satisfactory one. If I answer "I don't know", I wouldn't be answering at all though it reflects exactly what I have in mind. Oh wait, but what if that IS the answer...
