there r ignorant people of all races.
its just a reaction to all the "things" they arent into, or more strongly, "things" they hate.
as long as they're not walkin around saying stuff like "f white people, i hate their guts, black power, kill 'em all," then i think it's safe to say they're not being racist, but only really dumb.
vice versa. if u want to express ur dislike for rap music, hair grease, doo rags, cadillacs on dubs, fried chicken n greens, n very loud, wild, obnoxious black people, logically, u may do so without being a racist.
but to conclude on this thought, critically, if u dislike the every component of something or even the majority of something, then u dislike it for what it is, completely.

Yes they are racist. Do you really care what those people that are idiotic enough to pick on you because of your skin when ALL races have suffered at some point for their skin color especially those that are not white - say about you?
Racism is never going to go away until we are all the same color.
Ignore them and know they get picked on too. Which does not make it any better.. it just makes them look more worthy of being picked on- but for being dumb.

Its possible for someone from any culture to be a racist; its nothing to do skin colour and everything to do with people treating each other like dirt.
I have had very similar experiences to you with people from different races when I was nothing but nice to them and it made me FURIOUS because they thought it was a joke and they were above prejudice.
The only thing you can do is to rise above their attitude and not let it overshadow the many nice people from different races. Its definately not just you.

I'm Black & I think that anyone who says ""Eww she white!" is an idiot. That's a totally racist thing to say. Sounds like a high school kid kinda thing to say to me.
*Everyone* should be proud of who they are.
Lol- it is not 'bad' to be White...or Black, Latino, Asian, etc etc.
Do not let pop culture fool you...

People fear what they dont understand. Especially in High School. When they grow up they will think diffrently. In my humble opinion it is racism, but what got them to think like that is the true root of the problem.
