I certainly do. I love all the people in England, regardless of where they are from, what they look like, what they believe in. As long as they mean me no harm, and show no harm to others. I even love the BNP, even though they are intolerant of my outlook on life!

Firstly, this isn't even a question.
I like where I live and I wouldn't live anywhere else. There are also plenty of people of other races and religions, but I get on with them.
Just because you are English does not mean you have to hate every other nation.

i love my country my country of birth.i love devon cornwall.i love her history.i would defend her to the death my wife children ,grandchildren friends are part of her fold .we are branched out into britain too.wales scotland and ireland are part of me too.but i we will never be part of europe.we are an island race .we have been invaded yes but we ae unique we are a special breed.multi cultural but not euros.
