parallel to y= -3x+1
so m1=m2
m= -3
y = -3x + b
1 = -3(-2) + b
1 = 6 + b
1 - 6 = b
b = -5
so...
y = -3x - 5

parallel means they have the same slope so m = -3

y - 1 = -3(x + 2)

y = -3x - 6 + 1

y = -3x - 5
