Walk away from it until I can get my thoughts together and come up with some kind of plan. If all else fails, then I would resign from whatever it is that I can't take anymore.

I can't answer you yet. It seems that every time I reach the point where I am thinking I can't take it anymore...something or someone happens along to show that I can.
I am wondering when that limit will be reached however....

I let it out anyway i can... screaming into my pillow, crying my heart out, painting, or just talking about it (whether it's on here-- Yahoo! Answers--or someone in person) I also keep a journal in which i write in whenever i can't take it anymore :) I'm ready to listen whenever you want to talk... I'll be here

I get out of my normal environment,usually to the country and by myself. I have a few favorite spots where I don't get bothered. being near water - especially a river - seems to help.
