If, your sexually active & didn't use protection you might be pregnant or you could have a hormone imbalance. In either case it's time to make an apt. with your doc. & find out what's going on with your body. I would do on OTC pregnancy test, until you get in to see your doc.

Define "milk." If you aren't pregnant, there is no reason for you to be producing milk.
If you are having discharge of any sort out of your nipples and you aren't pregnant, contact your doctor. That is not normal.

It's possible to have discharge from your nipples without being pregnant. However, I would check with your doctor to rule out anything bad.

If you're not pregnant, then you should not be having any kind of discharge from your nipples. You should talk to your doctor about it.
