I sent my resume to a company who had an open position in my field. Their requirements matched my skills entirely. The company didn't acknowledge my resume.
Does anyone know what to do next?
ps. The company doesn't want any phone calls.

A lot of companies don't communicate with unsuccessful candidates. If you don't hear from them within 3 to 4 weeks, you can take it the position has been filled. You can also check the site where you found out about the opening. If the ad is gone, it's clear proof that the position has indeed been filled.

They will call you if interested.

Usually they copy it and send it around to all the managers. Any managers interested will call you.
