Water & diet will clear up your skin. Are you drinking enough water? Eat healthy nutritious foods ( organic when you can), avoid anything white (sugar, flour, rice & greasy fast foods) & caffeine. The rule of thumb is: eat anything you can pick yourself, nothing processed.

There is no "pill" to give you clear skin. Sometimes a dermatologist can prescribe antibiotics, and some vitamins might help. But clear skin takes work. Make sure you are keeping it clean and removing all makeup before you go to bed. If you are worried, I think a dermatologist would be your best bet.

Minocyclin - antibiotics that work really well, but only for about 3 - 4 months, your immune system will get used to them, so they'll stop working! It's a prescription medicine.
Accutane - prescribed for severe acne only, it's REALLY STRONG, it's often a last resort, you take it for 8 months or so and it keeps you acne free for up to 5+ years!
but you should go see your doctor and see if you need the antibiotics.

I tried the Murad supplement - but it just made my skin worse. The only thing that has ever cleared up my skin is birth control (I'm on Yaz) - everything else I tried failed miserably. But that's just me - everyone is different.
If your skin is really bad the dermatologist will give you antibiotics - they clear up your skin REALLY well - but they have really bad long-term side effects. Your body is less resistant to viruses, etc.
