I suppose it would depend upon how HARD the pinch was. If it left a mark, then chances are there'd be physical evidence to call the police with.
Of course the jerk would probably just have his parents spoken to, but TECHNICALLY what he did was physical assault and possibly sexual assault.
You should strongly urge your stupid friend to keep his hands to himself because someday crap like that COULD end up getting him in a LOT of trouble.

Technically its sexual harrasment. I dotn think a twelve year ofl could gte punished by law, but the girl might have told her parents or a principal or someone, and he could get in trouble.
Tell your friend not to be so rude! Imagine how weird it muct have been for the girl! When he is older he could get in big trouble for that!

Yes, it is illegal.
If you did it to me, or I saw you do it, I would whop you upside the head so hard, you wouldn't remember you name.
That HURTS, and it isn't funny.
My daughter, I'd press charges - 12 years old is definitely old enough to know better.

no. nothing is illegal like that, you might get in trouble with your mother or father but it isn't illegal. Just tell your friend that isn't very appropriate at your age.
