If I'm looking for something soothing and calming I usually listen to the ballads on my cds. Also, I'm kinda getting into classical music too. You don't have to be attending Julliard to appriciate that stuff! Mostly what relaxes me is rock ballads though. There's something about a rough, manly voice singing to me that totally relaxes me.
