How can someone with so much experience in flight turn up missing?

I know this is serious but read your question - how can you turn up missing??!! LOL
Yes he has so much experience -perhaps enough that he doesn't want to be found. Let's just hope he's safe and well wherever he is

Steve Fossett is/was a man before his times. Steve Fossett is an alien in disguise providing technologically advanced ideas and materials to the U.S. government against his Superior's wishes and was therefore recalled from his expedition to our planet. He went down in the restricted area of Area 51 and being restricted, no one will have the inclination let alone be able to look for him there. This left the ideal opportunity for the extraction with the aid of his co-pilot/pilot who was with him; probably being bribed with great wealth or even better, 72 virgins.
