Try to take things one day at a time. Find the simple joys of life, a friendly greeting, shared smiles and laughter, a pleasant conversation, or just spending time with those who you care for and who care for you. Take life slow, enjoy these simple pleasures, and let yourself go.
Best wishes and good luck to you and to all,
