Taking a wild guess and say the Bears

2007-09-06 09:26:10 · answer #1 · answered by redman656565 6 · 1 2

The Bears with 11 or 12 Wins and a 5-1 division record
will win the NFC North... they split the series with the Packers 1-1, but only because they sit most of their starters to rest for the playoffs...

The Packers will finish second with a 9-7 record and a 5-1 division record... they split the series with the Bears 1-1, but only because the Bears sit most of their starters to rest for the playoffs...

The Lions and Vikings will go a combined 0-8 Vs. the Packers and the Bears... because they are the NFC North Scrubs...

I'm NOT sure why most of you are counting the Packers out, one chick even has the Lions finishing second in the division!!! What did they make a trade for Peyton Manning, Terrell Owens, and LT and none of us heard about it??? The Bears will win, and they will win because they ARE a good football team, I'm a Packer Fan, but I'm also a realist and I'm NOT a hater... The Bears are a GREAT team, and the Packers are a YOUNG team... I think they'd be better without Rex though... cause he sucks... and the guy above Bragging about Rex's numbers last year...

TD 18 vs. 23
INT 18 vs. 20
Rating 72.7 vs. 73.9

They almost mirror Favre's numbers... and are NOTHING to brag about for either QB... they should BOTH be humiliated...in fact here's a BOLD statment... IF Favre and Grossman switched places last year, the Packers would have gone 4-11, only beating and sweeping the NFC North Scrubs... The Bears likely improve by 1 or 2 wins... and head to the Super Bowl with Them Colts...

Now lets toss Favre into that Super Bowl game, I BET he has BETTER numbers than REX did, and I bet he even comes close to winning if, if not outright wins it. Grossman is garbage and of all the things BEARS fans can and do brag about... GROSSMAN should not be one of them...

The Lions and the Vikings don't have a prayer. The Bears will probably win it but it's going to be closer than you think with the Packers. The Packers Defense is on the rise and Favre has a few more weapons to throw to on offense. The Bears have a tougher schedule this year than the Pack as well. The Bears took some big hits in the off season talent wise and they also lost the Leader of the D in Ron Rivera who's now a Coach in San Diego.

I think is is absolutely hillarious how the Bears think the NFC North is theirs. Maybe if they had Favre on their side it would be because Grossman can't do anything right.

The Bears lost too many key players last year and Urlacher can't win all the games himself on defense like many of you think.

The person that said the Packers will go 4-12 must be on something good. Maybe if you switch the numbers around that will be more accurate. Green Bay is going to be a huge threat on Offense this year will a few more targets than years past. Not everything will have to go to Driver anymore so the defense will not know who is getting the ball. Remember when the Pack won Super Bowl 31, Favre didn't have too many targets to throw to. James Jones will be a huge asset to the Pack this year as he looks like a young Sterling Sharpe.

Bears are still a terrible team but you fans can keep dreaming in your fantasy world.

Okay, let's rip this apart...

Bears: probably will have a 13-3 or 14-2 season. Lose to the Seahawks and Chargers and possibly the Saints at the last game of the regular season. They have the D and a decent offense (as long as Rex isn't smokin weed on the sidelines).

Packers: I'll give them a 3-13 or 4-12. Wins over the Raiders, Giants, Vikings, and possibly the Lions. Favre needs to step his game up before he breaks a hip. He's 37 and should have retired a few years ago.

Lions: 6-10. Wins over the Raiders, Vikings, Bucs, Cards, and Packers. They need to step it up in Detroit!!!

Vikings: 5-11 or 6-10. Wins over Packers, Atlanta, Detroit, Raiders, Giants, and 49ers. Ever since Moss and Culpepper left, they have let the team slip...

The Bears take the division, but the Lions have a shot at a wildcard spot in a weak NFC.

This is obviously the Bears.

Nobody else is even close.

EDIT To Nick O--considering the stupidity of your answer proves you know NOTHING about football, you consider a team that won it's division 2 years in a row a fluke?

To Eyedontknowjack--Favre is washed up; tell me which stats are Favre's and which are Grossman's:

TD 18 vs. 23
INT 18 vs. 20
Rating 72.7 vs. 73.9

My point exactly.

Also, it was Lovie's D, Ron was just keeping it warm for him.
