I fail to see how the spirit world you speak of has anything to do with atheism. It is possible to believe in spirits without believing in God, you know!

you do realize that its possible to be an atheist yet still believe that there is some form of ghost or spirit world type thing right? Some atheists would say there is nothing supernatural at all, that doesnt exist, others say such things exist, but both dissagree that a god or divine being exist, and both are atheists just at different levels of their belief..just like some christians are very very strict, and some arent. So no, i wouldnt want to spend the night in a haunted house.

Only if it were part of a reality show with a cash prize in the end. Otherwise, I don't think there's really such a thing as a haunted house... just spooky ones, maybe, like in Scooby Doo.

Well, I'm not worried about the spirits, physical beings themselves could kill you...or believing there is supernatural out to harm you can drive you into insanity and have you injure your own self.

I might stay in the house...for the right price, lol.

It would not bug me one bit, plus if I get scared I can always make myself laugh by praying and pleading to god.

Otherwise, it would be very boring and so I wouldn't be happy and neither would I do it.
