All my knowledge of last year's season is out the window. I know that Ben was hurt in an accident last year. Is Romo any good? I don't really follow Dallas.

Roethlisberger is playing Cleveland this week, which can be sneakily strong against the pass. Unfortunately for the Browns, one of their starting CBs (Leigh Bodden) was arrested today for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest near an airport, so there's no telling what effect that could have. That aside, Big Ben should have a much better year this year than last. The WR corps have looked stronger & Ben has looked confident in the preseason. In the last five games of last year, Ben had a passer rating of over 85.0 four times. He also threw for almost 500 yards, three TDs, three INTs and one rushing TD against the Browns last year.

Romo is a good QB. However, he threw for 484 yards, two TDs and five INTs against the Giants last year. In his last five games, he had passer ratings under 60.0 three times. I'd give Romo a chance to demonstrate that the end of last season was a fluke before starting him.

Start Big Ben this week.

Normally, you'll play Romo most weeks. He knows how to feed the Beast (TO), and should be very productive.

Terry Glenn is hurting, so that may put a kink in the passing game, unless Patrick Crayton comes up big.

This week, it's a toss-up. Cleveland is pretty dreadful, and their secondary is nothing special. Trouble is, we don't have a good idea how much Big Ben will pass. Willie Parker absoultely killed the Browns last year, so I suspect BR won't have to pass as much.

I like Romo this week. He should hook up for a pair of TDs and some decent yardage. The Giants defense is banged up.

Romo, but either should do nicely.
