the morning after pill is sold by pharmacies that choose to its available without a prescription but is still kept behind the counter you have to be 18+ to get it...i think some states might still have it be with a prescription even thought they are not suppose to have it that way still..... its only effective up to 72 hours after having unprotected sex and is only suppose to be taken once a month........ it can mess up your menstrual cycle......its not really the best form of birth control....... but if all else fails..............

and don't confuse it with RU-486 (the abortion pill) because its not....... its basically a much higher dose of the average birth control pill it helps prevent implantation and it will not work if you are already pregnant, and it will not affect an existing pregnancy.

and pregnancy tests...... theres first response and ept that are suppose to be pretty good

All the pregnancy tests are equally good. Just pick the one you like. Plan B is sold OTC for those older than 18. It has been test on women and girls greater than age 16. It causes the egg to not implant in a woman's uterus. It has a number of menstration related side effects. It normally retails about $40-$45, and there currently is no generic. For the first 72 hours, it is very effective, and for the following 48 hours, it is effective, but not as much.

I took a first response pregnancy test. I am not sure if drugstores sell a day after pill.
