If in your shoes, I would look for a less stressful form of work. Unfortunately, some people can't do this--as they may lose an upcoming pension or some benefits that they cannot live without.

Another possibility would be looking for part-time work with full-time pay...I see a lot of those advertised--how legit their claim is, I don't know.

If you have the means, you could start a business at home or elsewhere. This is one I've seen many do...with the help of low-interest loans from the government.

Be sure to 'take care of you' - you don't want to wind up breaking down, and not being able to put food on the table at all. Good luck. :)

If you have artistic or writing talents--by all means, use them. It may go slow for a while, but it will be satisfying, and will pay off in the end.

The busiest people have some time off. I would want to use some of that time to brainstorm and think about things I would be interested in doing and get paid better for. Then I'd use some of that time off to research what it would take get there and what the job market was as well as what skills I would need and have the ability to acquire to do that other line of work.
Some jobs, you can intern and earn at the same time. Some you have to further your education as well. If something where I needed to further my education, then I'd look into grants, loans that could help fund it and the availability of night classes or weekend classes and how long it would take to complete what I needed to go in that direction and still be able to put food on the table. I may have to tighten my belt for awhile to meet these goals but the long term goal would be well worth it.
In fact, it is something I have done, and later in life I changed direction again according to market and ability and desire to go in a new direction.

You take some time off for yourself...maybe use a Saturday and go do something you enjoy...

For a woman, shopping, going to the spa, taking a bubble bath, swimming at a local pool, eating at a swanky restaurant.

For a guy, chilling with buds, hitting the bar, spending time with the woman he loves or going somewhere where he may meet a great woman.

Whatever the case, when you have the responsibility of providing the money for the household, it's not easy. But you've gotta have grit and not give up until you're in a stable place.

Good luck!

Start examining your diet for nutritional deficiencies that might be causing you to feel more fatigued. It's important for you to provide for your family and if you have limited resources for income then it's just something that you will have to rely on your inner strength. However, inner strength isn't worth spit if you don't have the health to partner up with. Eat breakfast everyday and keep away for energy sapping foods and drinks. Soft drinks can cause you to lose energy and weight gaining high calorie and carbohydrates can cause fatigue. A nutritionally balanced diet can give you more stamina. If you don't get any exercise at work then you will have to start on a exercise program which will in fact give you more energy by jump starting your metabolism.
Aside from all that if it is at all possible try to get some training in order to get a higher paying job. Soon enough your age will get the best of you and even if you had to working hard will no longer be an option. Start thinking about your future, it's never too late.

In that case I take a tablespoon of wheat germ oil, (probably followed by vinegar or lemon juice to get the taste out of my mouth). It's a big help, improves the stamina without being a stimulant.
