5 f = 9 c + 160
9 c = 5 f - 160
9 c = 5 x 59 - 160
9 c = 135
c = 15
Temperature = 15 °C

f = 9/5 c + 32 // - 32

f - 32 = 9/5 c // multiply by 5/9

c = 5(f - 32)/9

Plug f=59

c = 5(59 - 32)/9

c = 5*27/9

c=5*3

c = 15
