I have no idea what an "admin order" (or adminstrative order) would be. Sometimes an attorney will complete an authoritative-appearing document that appears to be a court order to compel a bank to turn over the assets of an account. Banks typically do not contest official looking documents and simply notify you so that you can contest it.

If you have not been given notification to appear in court and contest a motion to seize your assets, then it is not a legitimate order. Such orders have no case merit and are easy to defeat even without an attorney of your own. There are consumer protection laws (vary among states) that limit the amount of seizure that can be ordered, even by the court.

Refer to the court referenced in the form and file an appeal. If you do not, then you will default and the attorney will have won the case by your inaction.

Whether or not you appeal, in either case, I'd suggest that you send a letter of complaint to the local Attorney Grievance Commission (or equivalent) with the details of that attorney's action so that it will be entered into his bar record. If an attorney continues with that kind of activity, his license to practice law can be permanently jeopardized.

Adminstration Orders are usually paid to the court and they dish it out to the creditors so i am a bit confused on what you are actually asking? Plus...if the admin order is now paid in full....why are you still paying it back?

All i can say is if you fear they will take all from your account bank it elsewhere

Having been declared Bankrupt, all his assets would have been seized by the Courts, If he wants to know how the assets were used to pay back his Creditors he needs to ask the Court.

NB> I 'm amazed that (2 years ago, or when he applied to be 'Discharged') he never received any paperwork detailing what's been paid to whom = after all, how then does he know / prove to the Court that everyone has been paid back?
