x / (2x - 1) = b
==> multiply by (2x - 1) on both sides
x = (2x - 1)b
==> distribute on right side
x = 2xb - b
==> subtract 2xb from both sides
x - 2xb = -b
==> factor x out of left side
x(1 - 2b) = -b
==> divide by (1 - 2b) on both sides
x = -b / (1 - 2b)
==> cancel negative by switching order in denominator
x = b / (2b - 1)

x / (2x - 1) = b
x = b (2x - 1)
x = 2bx - b
2bx - x = b
(2b - 1) x = b
x = b / (2b - 1)
