F) Suppress my wandering mind, which of couse will suspect the worse, occupy myself with trivial things, and wait......when they arrive address the issue with a calm, yet concerned manner, and depending on their response and if their body language says they are telling the truth or not act accordingly. Perhaps even blowing it off because if they did cheat or whatever, it won't be the last time. Give them no hint of your suspicions and allow them enough rope to hang themself next time. The truth will appear sooner or later.

I wouldn't worry unless there was a cause to be worried. I'd wait until they come home and ask why they were late. I'd base my reaction on the answer I got. Most likely I'd just ask for a phone call next time as a courtesy.

F) Do the best thing that you can for YOURSELF right now to make a positive impact on YOUR life (could be relaxing or activity -- whatever feels right). You can't control the rest, and worry doesn't accomplish anything. Send out positive thoughts that the situation will resolve perfectly.

Chill out. Things happen. When my husband drops off the face of the earth like that (he's usually at his grandma's or parents house), I enjoy my quiet time. : )
