As a Teenager I use to have nightmares of a Black figure chasing me and trying to trap me in a mirror.
Now i have nightmares of Zombies trying to Gnaw at my face, But i think thats after shocks of what my hubby was like, lol

I usually suffer from nightmares with my children falling and seriously hurting themselves, especially my youngest, 4 year old son. I struggle trying to save him, causing me to thrash about, sweat and shout out, waking my wife in the process.

The last one I had was about my ex, and in the dream every where she went there would be an empty bottle of Jack Daniels, and through out all this I just kept thinking, I hope the kids are safe.

I dream that my husband and I are driving on a bridge and all of a sudden all the cars in front of us disappear and then we go over the edge into the water and all I can think is to grab my husband because he can't swim, I always wake up out of breathe and scared to death, it is so real.

I do, usually re-occurring dreams, I hate them.....they will repeat for several days in a row, then finally go away. The problem is I wake up from them so when they do happen I don't get enough sleep those weeks.

when I first started watching Most haunted (England programme) it gave me nightmares & was caught screaming in my sleep. But I have got used to the show now & dont do it!

I'm having nightmares lately of random people just chasing me and my brothers or my mum or anyone else I care about.
until they get the people i care about and leave me by myself, and just when they are about to get me.......i wake up.
thank god for that.

i have nightmares once in a while, and usually they are of me being killed. it's really scary!
