good
very good only if it is with out satire
if has satire then it should have message.
sense of pain, everbody who has heart has the sense of pain
don't tell me sense of humour
oh!]
i don't want to tell the joke which all people around me made them laughing for fifteen minutes and
about me
i laughed a lot and sent to hospital , doctor was also started laughing
oh!
our great authors of xyz literature had remarkable sense of creating humour out of a very critical issue based stroy.
well!
have you notice a person?
a person who has lots of miseries in his life , laugh very loudly with all of his muscles.
because he knows the worth of laughter
perhaps they are fed up of pain
to make an amosphere lively one should have a good sense of humour.
generally sensitive people have good sense of humour
so sense of humour and sense of pain has relation
bearing pain, facing pain and seeing pain , first people take deep sighs and these sighs then convert into humour , an ironic one.
well what can i say?

Expanding on Galen, philosophers of the renaissance theorised that the humours (four fluids originating in the brain) determined everything, therefore one's sense of humour and sense of pain are intimately connected, as pain either provokes blood or bile making one sanguine or bilious, cheerful or ill-natured. We see this in the different characters of humour that which is joyful and good-natured; and that which is caustic, biting , and cynical. It can be argued that pain and dealing with pain is the source of both types of humour, what differs is the sense, how the pain is appropriated and responded to. The sanguine person is open about pain, sharing it and seeing it as a shared condition that can be overcome by laughter. The bilious person nurses pain, believing it is an injustice perpetrated on them alone, so their humour is a way of getting even, laughing at someone or something else, seldom caring if anyone else laughs. Laughter is healing, it relieves pain by releasing powerful endorphins. This is medically proven and there are conferences on humour and healing for healthcare professionals all over this country. It makes sense. Pain and humour are connected.

I will come back & answer this well in a bit ............
I had to really think about this. I really still dont have a great answer just one from the heart .
I notice that people (like me) who have a really good sense of humor, who can laugh in the face of adversary, who can laugh at themselves but not at the expense of others, USUALLY have deep pain that they are hiding. Some of us use it for a cover so that the world does not get a glimpse of the REAL us. I am basing this answer on emotional pain. I have also laughed until I physically hurt just out of sheer joy at finding life so *everything*

They are not connected. The sense of pain is a physically induced feeling whereas the sense of humour is cognative.
We use the same term for executing someone and for maturing beef. Doesn't make it connected, does it?

Laughter is the best remedy for pain.
So, a SENSE of HUMOR which is the UPPER of drugs automatically counteracts the DOWNER drug that is PAIN.
It does make SENSE, doesn't it? Amazing how everything seems to have a counter force that keeps the scale in balance.

At first sight they seem not being connected, for one is physical and the other psychological/intellectual. Then one could say they are connected by a certain way of self experience: the two are a state of unity and separation with oneself at once, or the expression of a tension between the two.

When I wake up in the Morning, I always have back Pain, so, when one of my Kids ask me how I am feeling, I always make a joke and say I am fine. I ignore the pain until I take my pain medication, from then on I feel fine, but, I will not say I am feeling bad. For me, every day is a day that I am grateful I am still alive, and I thank God for it.

They do seem connected, don't they? We laugh til we cry, & we can be crying and all at once laugh. I think it's just because both senses, humor and pain, are highly emotional. Agree?

Sometimes, I use humor to cover the pain. I make a joke of whatever hurt so people won't see how much I am hurting.
