Definitely need to imporve receivers. Check your free agent pool and see if Ronald Curry or Vincent Jackson are available. Some 12 team leagues I've seen had them available. V Jack would be a decent #2 and Curry should do better than Welker and Gonzalez.

Yeah, improve your WRs- maybe grab Brandon Marshall, Brandon Stokely, Craig Davis or Ted Ginn Jr if still available (I assume Curry and especially Jackson are long gone)- or trade...
How many IDP do you start? There's no reason to keep more than 1 reserve defensive player.

You only have 2 RB's? You need at least one more for bye weeks/injuries. Agree tht you need some new WR's, need to replace Gonzo and Welker. I would drop some defensive players to get another RB or two.
I like your QB's and your 2 RB's. I am guessing you picked 11th or 12th?
